Tap Truck Mobile Bar Experience
Make your event unforgettable with our vintage 1960 Ford TapTruck, a one-of-a-kind mobile bar that brings charm, style, and convenience to any celebration. Our TapTruck features five taps that can serve a variety of beverages, including beer, craft cocktails, seltzers, and more.
What’s Included:
- 4 Hr minimum with the truck

Our Pricing Model
At TapTruck 419, we believe in transparent and customizable pricing to fit your event’s unique needs. Our services are designed to provide a seamless and high-quality bar experience, whether you choose our TapTruck Mobile Bar or our bartending services without the truck.
- TapTruck Experience – Starting at $1,200
This includes our vintage TapTruck, professional bartenders, setup, and service. Pricing may vary based on event size, duration, and beverage selections. - Bartending Services (Without the Truck)
Pricing for our Bartending services, the satellite bar and the tap wall options varies depending on event details, number of guests, and drink selections.
We offer custom packages to ensure your bar service is tailored to your event.
Bartending Services (No Truck? No Problem!)
If the truck isn’t the right fit for your venue or event, we also offer professional bartending services with flexible bar setup options.
Choose from:
The Satellite Bar – A sleek, portable 6-ft bar setup, perfect for indoor or smaller spaces.
The Tap Wall – A stylish wall-mounted tap system for events that require a professional bartending service without the truck. Our bartenders will staff the Tap Wall, ensuring seamless service throughout your event.

- Custom drink selections, including signature cocktails
- Set up and breakdown
- A polished and professional bar experience anywhere
Whether you’re hosting an indoor reception, private home gathering, or corporate happy hour, we bring the same top-tier service and attention to detail—no truck needed!
Location & Availability 📍
Our TapTruck Mobile Bar brings a unique and seamless bar experience to most outdoor venues and select indoor spaces across Toledo and Northwest Ohio. Whether you’re hosting a wedding, corporate event, or private celebration, we’ll roll in and take care of the drinks!
We serve events within a 45-mile radius, with an additional charge for locations beyond that distance.
If the TapTruck isn’t the right fit for your venue, no worries! We also offer satellite bar options to bring the same great service to any location.

Our bar packages do not include alcohol sales. In accordance with Ohio Liquor law, we can not sell alcohol, unless you are a non profit and have secured an F2 permit. As a part of our service, we are happy to help you calculate the amount of beverages you will need. We can make suggestion if you need a new favorite! Looking for something special? Let us know. We can customize your drink menu to fit almost any budget!
